How do I...?

The aim of this Help is to document the functionality available in Axiell Collections and to demonstrate how to use it, and for the most part we do not advise you how to document your collection. The topics in this section are different and they have been written for users who are in fact looking for guidance about what data to enter when documenting collection items or processes. This is only intended as guidance and it is important to keep in mind that your organization may document items and processes differently than described here; however, it is hoped that these examples will help you better understand Axiell Collections in the context of managing a collection and recording details:

• The first set of examples step through the creation of museum (object), archive, film and library records.
• The second set step through various processes such as how to attach an image, how to create a parent / child hierarchy, and how to process a loan (coming soon).
